Martinsville on the Move is a group of community citizens that has been organized to support Community Development and Community Activities. We strive to promote a positive community Identity for Martinsville and the surrounding area. Our intent is to partner with the City Council, Chamber of Commerce, Schools and other organizations in Martinsville to help build a stronger community.

  • A DVD of the Pictorial History of the former school building and of the Classes of 1924 – 2011
    On this DVD there will also be:
    • Photographs of the demolition of the old school
    • Photographs of the construction of the new school facility
    • Photographs of the rooms and departments with the new school
    • Photographs from the Dedication Ceremony
  • A booklet with the history and photo graphs of the Martinsville Schools
  • A copy of the Dedication Program
  • A DVD of the Dedication Program & Tour of the New School

*** Please Note: 100% of the earnings generated from this project will be used by Martinsville on the Move to sponsor Educational Field Trips and Educational Projects for the students of the Martinsville Schools.
